Thank you so much for the Sozo Thursday morning. It was a powerful experience. I shared with my counselor yesterday and we continued to break off shame in our session. Shame from how I have spoken horrible words over J and reacted in uncontrollable anger. They are renounced and I am walking in freedom and peace.
