Pastor Randy and Dana Hill

In 36 years of ministry, Randy Hill has worn
many
hats and seen many facets of ministry. His
ministry
began at the age of 15, when he purchased a
public address
system and began traveling across the West Texas
plains
singing and preaching. His travels eventually
led him
to Asia, Europe, and Russia. While building
homes in
Lubbock, Texas, Randy answered the call to
full-time
ministry and moved to the Dallas, Texas area to
serve
a new church as an associate pastor.
Randy spent 15 years as Associate Pastor of
Christ
Our King Community Church in Plano, Texas. The
church
was one year old when Randy and his wife, Dana,
arrived
to help in 1986. They were involved in every
area of
ministry from mopping floors to preaching the
Word.
"It has been a long 15 and a short 15 years,"
Randy says. "If I had known what was in store
for
us when I came, I would have stayed in the
building
business; but after going through what was
definitely
God's plan, I would not have it any other way. I
guess
that is the reason God only shows us one step at
a time."
At Christ Our King, Randy acted as Children's
Pastor,
Music Pastor, Church Administrator, Associate
Pastor,
and "chief cook and bottle washer." This history
has given him a different perspective on a lot
of things.
In 1996 Randy felt God calling once again--and
this
call was to plant a new church. Randy was the
owner
of a local business and felt he would have to
sell it
to answer this call, so plans were laid and the
business
sold. The Summit Church is where Randy is now
exercising
all the things he learned in all those years of
ministry.
Randy says, "Our mission as a church is to have
a place where the hurting, helpless, and
hopeless can
find healing, help, and hope in Jesus Christ!"

Brian and Jessica Moyer
- Fine Arts
Brian and Jessica Moyer are passionate worshippers desiring to see
every tribe, tongue, and nation encounter the presence of God. They
believe a true encounter with the most high God can set the captive free
and bring about wholeness. They have 13 years of experience leading
worship in various churches and across denominational lines. They are
currently serving as Fine Arts Directors and worship leaders for the
Summit Church in Wylie, TX.
