Fine Arts at the Summit At the Summit, the Arts are an integral part of our expression of worship. All of the fine, visual and performing arts should be used to bring glory to the King of kings. We currently focus on music, art, and dance. Worship TeamOur most obvious expression of worship is through music. Our worship team leads us in corporate praise and singing before the throne at regular services as well as special events and conferences. For more information on the worship team, please visit this page or contact Brian and Jessica Moyer. Prophetic ArtAt each of our worship services we have artists painting as the worship team plays. The art produced is uplifting, powerful, and able to invoke the same Presence that is felt when it is created. Artworks are auctioned or sold with the majority of the proceeds going to support missions in Swaziland, and a smaller portion seeding back into the ministry to purchase supplies. WYHOP - Wylie House of PrayerWe believe in hosting the presence of the Lord in our city through prayer and worship. To facilitate that goal, Summit Church launched the Wylie House of Prayer on December 31, 2010. We are currently meeting one Friday evening per month to worship and intercede for our city, our leaders, and anything else God puts on our hearts. Our goal is to eventually host a 24/7 prayer room that will be open to anyone seeking the presence of God. Audio/VisualOur audio/visual department supports all other aspects of fine arts ministry, as well as other ministries in the church. Through adept use of lighting, sound, multimedia, and other tools, A/V enhances the ability of others to minister effectively.
