If you are interested in going on the missions trip to Africa this June, or if you just want to get more information about it, please join us THIS SATURDAY, February 11, at 1:00 PM for an informational meeting.
The meeting is expected to last for approximately one hour and will cover the costs, requirements, and dates for each of the three stages of the trip – Kenya, Burundi, and Swaziland.

Please remember to keep our Eastern Europe missions team in prayer as they are ministering. Pastor Randy and Dana left for Czech Republic on Wednesday, January 18. They have been having a great time pouring into leaders and churches there.
Anna Hill, Sandra Gould, and Amy Padgett are leaving on Monday, January 23. They will all meet up in Moldova and travel into Transnistria for a Sozo basic training and ministry in churches. Then they will all head to Poland for another Sozo basic training. The entire team will return home on February 3.

We are having a family meeting immediately after church on Sunday, January 15, from about 1:00 – 3:00.
If you consider Summit your church home, you are welcome to join us for lunch and to hear about where we have been in 2011, and where we are going in 2012. It’s potluck, so please bring a dish to share.

A – M – Bring a side dish and dessert
N – Z – Bring a salad and dessert
The church will provide the meat.
Our annual Leader’s Advance is scheduled for January 13 & 14 at the Lakeview Campgrounds. If you are in leadership at the Summit, you are welcome to join us. Contact Anna Hill to reserve a room and get cost details. Space is limited so contact her ASAP, or let her know if you are driving down on Saturday morning. Meals will cost $8 per person for breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
Since New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, we will only be having a single service.
Join us at 11:00 AM for worship, the Word, and time with your church family.
